Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Options:
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, including same-day delivery, next-day delivery, and scheduled delivery. Our delivery rates vary depending on the recipient's location and the type of delivery requested.

Delivery Times:
Our standard delivery times are from 8:15 a.m. - to 12:00 p.m. & and 12:30 p.m. -  to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

We also offer Sunday delivery from 8:15 am - 11:30 am  & 12 pm - 3:30 pm.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Delivery Locations:

We offer delivery to residential and commercial addresses, hospitals, funeral homes, and other locations as requested. Please ensure that the recipient's address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.
Delivery Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email or text message once your order has been delivered. If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or other issue, we will contact you to make arrangements for redelivery.
Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh and in good condition.

Gaby’s Flowers understands that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.

 

Same-Day orders: We do not accept cancellations on same-day orders. Orders are processed and prepared immediately after they are placed.

 

Pre-Scheduled orders: We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice on pre-scheduled orders for a full refund. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time, you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per arrangement.
